nancy allen
Nancy Allen is certified in Swedish Massage and has specialized training in Reflexology, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue work. Nancy has an intuitive and focused massage style, and an intention of caring for her clients' needs. She approaches massage from a deep, healing perspective. Nancy brings a calm and grounding force with her wherever she goes and blesses the massage room with the same energy. Nancy lives in Livermore with her husband, and is the proud mother of two beautiful children.

patricia (trisha) moore
Patricia Moore, MSW, has practiced yoga for more than 25 years. She was certified by the BKS Iyengar National Association and by the BKS Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco in 1992. She has traveled to India several times to study with the Iyengar family, most recently in 2001. Tricia is also influenced by the 'inner body' teachings of Angela Farmer, as well as by the ancient Indian philosophical systems. Her teaching of alignment, balance and form spreads the energy and consciousness in a healthy way throughout the body and mind.
Tricia also has a Master's degree in Social Work from University of Michigan and had 15 years experience in counseling and human services.

prabha duneja
Prabha was born in India and spent her childhood in a small town of Punjab, India. She graduated from the Sanskrit University of Kurukshetra as a teacher of English and Music. During her successful career as a teacher, she developed an increased interest in the study of comparative religion, philosophy, homeopathy, astrology and mysticism.
She travels extensively and is a featured speaker at temples, schools, universities, churches and religious conferences and has spoken at the Commonwealth Club. She is the founder/president of the Geeta Society and also an active member of the Inter-faith Tri-valley Council and Women's Federation for World Peace, USA.
She is the author of numerous religious articles as well as books including the Legacy of Yoga in Bhagawad Geeta, The Holy Geeta, The Holy Syllable Aum, An Introduction to Bhagawad Geeta, Shiva, Mantra and the Modern Man, and Bhagawad Geeta-The Gateway to Freedom. She has recorded CDs on Primordial Sound Meditation, Shiva, and series of lectures on the Power of Mantra and Bhagawad Geeta for the benefit of the public.

raji krishnamurti
Raji Krishnamurthy began teaching yoga in 2003 after a lifetime of personal practice. Born and raised in Chennai, India, yoga was part of her lifestyle, and immigrating to California she established her practice. She received her certification in the Ashtanga tradition through Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher. She also has a BA in Economics and completed her MS studies in Mass Communications.
Raji believes yoga is a holistic healing discipline and her goal for students is to develop a steady path of wellness through regular practice bringing mental balance and clarity to cope with the various stages of life. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her culture and background and her classes are built on deep meditative sequences that flow with breath as the foundation, infused with laughter yoga and chanting. Her teaching style is rooted in the Viniyoga lineage of Desikachar, and strongly influenced by the teachings of A.G. Mohan, Art of Living founder, Sri Ravi Shankar and laughter yoga founder, Dr.Madan Kataria. She has also been teaching kids and teens for the past three years at different schools, and continues to volunteer working with kids. Her passion is to nurture teenage girls through yoga and is currently running a wellness program for teens. She also teaches at the Livermore Valley Tennis club, Lifestyle Rx and has her own studio where she helps students develop an individualized therapeutic practice adapted to their needs.

teresa novotny
Teresa Novotny started taking yoga classes in San Francisco in 1992. Since then she earned her 200-hour teaching certificate in Ashtanga yoga at The Yoga Company. She enjoys teaching a traditional flow class with contemporary music while sharing her sense if inner peace.
